Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI Aged
Elsa Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena has been aged in our cellar in wooden barrels for a minimum of three years. The grapes of its cooked grape must, the main ingredient of our product, come directly from our over 250 acres of vineyards in Modena. It is characterized by medium density, a strong wooden note and a good balance of sweet and sour flavour.
