A family business that has reached its fourth generation, beginning with Elena in 1912, and which, now led for over 30 years by Sabrina Federzoni, still has women at the helm.

12th January 1912: our first day
Our story began in Modena over a century ago, when we were the first to request a licence for the sale of Balsamic Vinegar, which until that point was sold only locally, without regulation.
