Monari Federzoni is much more than a brand; it is passion, love, bonds. It is the surname of a family that has created the story of a product, and proudly continues to pursue the mission of bringing Balsamic Vinegar of Modena to the whole world. Today, Sabrina represents the fourth generation, but now Victoria, the daughter has also joined the company - the fifth generation, continuing our tradition of women at the helm of the business.

Modena and its countryside is our home. Here, we cultivate our vineyards, harvest and press our grapes, cook and process our grape must for the finest products, and age our balsamic vinegar. Our roots are firmly embedded in this land. And they always will be.

For us, balsamic vinegar is much more than a condiment: it is a precious treasure that we take care of with passion and skill. In our owned vineyard we produced the grapes that give us the 30% of the cooked must we use in our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Besides we produce all the wine vinegar used for fermentation in house. We perform over 12,000 tests per year in our internal analysis labs, so we can always offer you safe, delicious balsamic vinegar, as we like it.

Our 5000 casks and barriques are prepared one by one to give the balsamic vinegar a unique aroma and fragrance, a perfect equilibrium of sweet and sour taste. We use only grape must cooked in open vats to guarantee the best finest perfumes and flavours.

We make all the wine vinegar used for fermentation in house, one of the many steps that allow us to offer you the finest quality Balsamic Vinegar.
We put care and attention into every step of production, and perform constant controls right up until bottling. 
This careful, meticulous process has allowed us to obtain all the most important Quality System Certifications, such as BRC and IFS (Higher Grade).
