Cheesecake in a jar
The berry and balsamic cheesecake is a no-bake dessert perfect for the warmer season. What's more, the composition in jars makes it even easier to enjoy, where the crunchiness of the biscuit and the sweetness of the cream are enhanced by the intensity of the Balsamic Vinegar Glaze.

Berries to taste |
100 g Crushed biscuits |
200 g of Spreadable cheese |
100 ml Cream |
2 tablespoons of Icing sugar |
Juice from half a lemon to taste |
Monari Federzoni Balsamic Vinegar Glaze to taste |

Whip the cream together with the icing sugar. Add the spreadable cheese and mix, adding the juice of half a lemon. Separately, crush the biscuits.
Compose the jars by forming the first layer with the crushed biscuits. Cover with the prepared cream and decorate with the previously washed berries.
Finally, add the Monari Federzoni Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Glaze and a mint leaf. Leave to rest in the fridge for half an hour before serving.
