Gourmet puff pastry tart
Gourmet Puff Pastry Cupcakes are an elegant appetizer or a delicious one-pot meal, perfect for any special occasion. This recipe combines the crispness of puff pastry with the softness of colorful cauliflower and the savoriness of smoked scamorza cheese, all enhanced by the unique touch of Balsamic Vinegar.

250 g Coloured cauliflower |
150 g smoked Scamorza |
50 g Parmigiano Reggiano cheese |
Breadcrumbs to taste |
Salt to taste |

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Clean and wash the coloured cauliflowers, cut them up and cook them in boiling water for a few minutes. Separately, dice the scamorza cheese. Roll out the puff pastry into four 10 cm diameter cake tins. Drain the cauliflower and season with oil, salt and pepper. Arrange the tart by alternating the cauliflower and the scamorza cheese. Mix the breadcrumbs with the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and sprinkle over the surface. Bake the tarts for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Serve with a drizzle of “Gusto Rotondo” Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
