Hamburger with onion, radicchio, stracciatella and courgettes
Fancy a gourmet sandwich that is both tasty, flavorful and easy to prepare? These Burgers with Stracchino, Radicchio and Grilled Zucchini are the perfect answer! A combination of flavors and textures that will win you over from the first bite.

2 Hamburger buns |
250 g Ground meat |
1 egg |
70 g Breadcrumbs |
50 g Milk |
White onion |
Red radicchio |
Stracchino cheese |
1 Round courgette |
Balsamic Vinegar |
Salt to taste |
Pepper to taste |
Nutmeg to taste |
Extra virgin olive oil |

In a bowl, combine the ground meat with the egg, breadcrumbs, milk, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Combine all the ingredients well until a smooth consistency is achieved. Form patties with the mixture and flatten them slightly to create the classic hamburger shapes. Separately, heat a grill pan and cook the burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side and finish cooking with the Balsamic Vinegar until cooked through. Meanwhile, cut the courgette into rounds and cook it in a non-stick pan.
Cut the buns in half and warm them slightly in a frying pan or in the oven. Assemble the burgers as desired by alternating the stringy curd cheese, finely chopped red radicchio, onion and grilled courgette. Cover with the top of the bun and serve hot.
