Pasta with sausage

250 g peeled tomatoes |
100 g sausage |
40 g butter |
1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP Classic Monari Federzoni |

Strip the sausage of its casing and shred it. Keep it aside in a bowl. Clean the shallot and chop it very finely. Wilt it in a pan along with the butter. When it has become transparent, add the sausage and brown it over a high flame. Add the peeled tomatoes cut into chunks, season with salt and pepper and continue cooking for about 15 minutes.
Boil the noodles in boiling salted water, drain them al dente and transfer them to the pan with the sauce. Stir in the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP Classic Monari Federzoni. Transfer to serving plates and serve immediately.
