The Passion of Family is the High Density Recipe of Monari Federzoni. It is characterized by the sweet flavour of grapes, as well as the creamy consistency. The rose on the label has a special meaning. In our over 250 Acres of vineyard, you can notice that roses are planted at the end of the end of each rows of grapes. This is because they are excellent sentiles. They help keeping safe our vineyards.
It can be used as a precious balsamic vinegar on top of a filet, on a risotto or on a meat carpaccio as well as a glaze, on top of a gourmet burger or a plate of sushi.
